Challenges & Solutions

1. Structural Challenge at 7 Metres

Challenge: One of the most technically demanding aspects of this project was constructing the new air lock staircase enclosure. This required building 7-metre-high walls from the ground floor to the roof structure inside an operational warehouse.

Solution: Our team implemented a structured work-at-height plan, combining controlled boom lift operation with careful sequencing of construction. This allowed us to safely complete the installation while maintaining efficiency on site.

Construction was carried out methodically, ensuring:
